LES MILLS BODYPUMP

The encouragement, motivation, and great music you get in a BODYPUMP class will leave you feeling energized, confident, and powerful, while getting you fitter, faster.

LES MILLS SPRINT

A 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

YOGA/PILATES

Moves you through a variety of yoga and Pilates poses in a balanced and systematic way. Improve your total body alignment, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance with low-impact exercises that focus on your breath and core strength. This class is perfect for every fitness level.

Sessions are scheduled for 30 minutes. Clients will work with their personal trainer for specific details about their training dates, times, etc. Personal Trainers will design custom exercise programs to help you stay motivated and reach your goals.
